Quiet Mind Dementia Relief, Cognitive Improvement, and Joy

#CalmingTheBrain #Quiet #ThePoweerOfSlience

Lori La Bey talks with Miriam Fein, the creator of Resonant Silence Technique (RST)®. Miriam experienced the power of restorative group silence, and by using gentle tones that led to periods of silence, she created the Resonant Silence Technique® (RST) for her group work with individuals with dementia. She does RST training for people living with dementia, family dementia caregivers, and gives workshops on RST as a path to inner peace for people without dementia. Her working title for her program is “Quiet Mind Dementia Relief, Cognitive Improvement and Joy.” This is also the title of her book.
