It’s World Suicide Prevention Month.🩵💜

Many people die every day and every hour from suicide in the UK and globally. 7000 lives lost a year on average in the UK to suicide and 75% of these are men according to research by CALM charity.

If you feel suicidal or very low, please tell a trusted person or if in the UK call Samaritans on 116 123.

You are never alone and deserve to stay.

Love,

Eleanor
