Connecting You to Support: Allied Health Professions. Who are they and how CAN they help you?

An AHP Dementia Webinar

“I liked the use of the website in real time to get a better understanding of the resources available. and where to find them.”

As an allied health professional (AHP) dementia community we have developed a National AHP Dementia Webinar series where we share practice, connect people, to support.

In our AHP Dementia webinar in April 2026, people joined us in this interactive session to learn about the self-management resources which AHPs in Scotland have been developing to support people with dementia. We shared how you can access these resources to support people you know.

Our guest presenters were

Elaine Hunter, National AHP Dementia Consultant , Alzheimer Scotland,

Claire Craig, Physiotherapist, NHS Ayrshire and Arran

Claire Clark, Speech and language therapist, NHS Grampian

You can WATCH AGAIN; the webinar link is here
