Are you covering up your miraculousness with Anxiety? with Dr. Dain Heer — Anxiety Slayer™

Dain shares how and why it is easy to identify with anxiety, with contraction, or with the pain we carry in our bodies. Did you know that our limitations are often a protective shell, hiding the miracle that we are?

Learn practices and powerful questions to open up more choice and freedom, like: “What am I pretending not to be, that if I were, would set me free?” Just sitting with this invitation/question creates more space around anxiety and self-judgment.

When I (Shann) noticed and shared that I was feeling scattered or fragmented, Dain asked “What if this sense of being fragmented isn’t about falling apart? What if it’s actually about expanding? What if what feels out of control is actually just us becoming more of who we truly are?” This powerful question changed my point of view about how I was feeling in an instant!

We also look ahead to Being You Day on June 22nd, that is a day to celebrate our uniqueness and allow even more of ourselves to shine. Dain shares that the journey of being ourselves is not about fitting into old identities, but accessing the lightness, possibility, and magic that are our true nature.

If you’re feeling caught in a loop of anxiety, you’re not alone. The first step to changing your experience isn’t about fixing yourself, but allowing yourself to expand beyond old definitions, even if it feels unfamiliar. There is so much more to you than anxiety, panic, or any label you carry.
