As the sun rises over the Atlantic, Sebastian Inlet transforms into a vibrant celebration of community, compassion, and coastal culture. This is more than an event—it’s a full-day Locals Luau experience supporting families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease.

Expect a packed schedule of surf, games, music, and nonstop beach energy, including:

🏄 Surf Contest for all ages & skill levels
🌊 Freestyle “ride anything that floats” surf session
🎣 Fishing Contest & angler challenges
🌴 Limbo & hula hoop competitions

This event is part of the national “Longest Day” initiative by the Alzheimer’s Association, a global day of fundraising and awareness held around the summer solstice—the day with the most light of the year.

Participants can compete in multiple divisions, including:

Youth & Adult Shortboard divisions
Longboard divisions
Freestyle surf session (ride anything that floats!)
Angler contest & beach games participation
Registration options range from $10–$50 depending on division, with additional sponsorship opportunities available from $100–$2,500, including event promotion, banners, social media exposure, and more.
