Yes! You can PREVENT ALZHEIMER”S

Today, most of us know someone suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia.
About 3 million people are diagnosed with Alzheimer’s EACH YEAR 😳 (1).

It is an inflammatory neurogenerative disease brought upon by buildups of plaques that cause rigidity in the brain.

Although it is commonly known as a genetic disease, the Mayoclinic states studies show that only about 1% of Alzheimer’s cases are caused by genetic factors only (2).

There is much more at play here such as environmental and lifestyle factors.
Some of these factors are:
– inflammation
– nutrient deficiencies
– oxidative stress
– insulin resistance
– hormonal imbalances
– abnoralities in the gut microbiome
– dysregulation of the immune system

Thankfully, as Dr. Hyman states, “Alzheimer’s doesnt just happen over night… it comes after decades of changes have already been occuring in the brain.” Which means, we can catch signs of this early and PREVENT the disease!!

A good place to start when checking for early signs of root cause factors is the gut!

There are other ways to check for these factors to prevent Alzheimer’s disease which we would love to provider for you here at Kingdom Health. As well as, tools we can provide for you to take your health into your own hands.💙
