Lori La Bey talks with Mary Farquhar who has named herself the CEO of her husband Roger’s care since October 2018. She is a member of Lori La Bey’s Caregiver Connect Support group, where she openly shares critical insights and resources with our members. She is a valued member and leads by example, teaching others they know more than they think. Mary kindly and compassionately supports and encourages them to share empowering them and giving purpose.

Also joining them is Paula Forte a Registered Nurse with over 45 years of experience in nursing. With bedside experience ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, her clinical practice has included primary care, acute care, long-term care, and tertiary care settings.  Her roles have spanned hospital administration, staff education, and leadership development. She has a BSN & MSN in Nursing and a PhD in Adult Education & Organizational Development. Her training as a Health & Wellness Coach was done at the University of Minnesota and she is nationally certified with the credentials, NBC-HWC.
