A Great Research Article on Methylene Blue for Alzheimer’s.

Please go back to my channel and watch the 17 minute vido on Methylene Blue. Here is the link:
You can purchase the brand I used with my mom here:

Make sure to talk to your doctor before using it. There are a few rare disorders and medicine contraindications you should know about before trying. I am not a doctor and not recommending this to you. You are responsible for your own health.

That being said, the research is exciting!

Research articles on Methylene Blue:
– Been used since 1876.
-Methylene blue, an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase and guanylate cyclase has many uses in medicine. It has been found to improve the hypotension associated with various clinical states.1 It also improves hypoxia and hyper dynamic circulation in cirrhosis of liver and severe hepatopulmonary syndrome.2 It also results in transient and reproducible improvement in blood pressure and cardiac function in septic shock.3

– What are Amyloid-Plaques?

– What is neurotoxicity?

– What is autophagy?

-Methylene blue can improve Alzheimer`s symptoms by a combination of diverse functions. The pathological effects of Alzheimer`s include amyloid plaques(aggregates of the amyloid protein in the gray matter of the brain) and neurofibrillary tangles. Neurofibrillary tangles are caused by the accumulation of a protein called Tau inside nerve cells in the brain. Clinical symptoms of Alzheimer’s are more correlated with Tau protein than with amyloid plaques. Methylene blue can decrease tau formation through its effect on mitochondria which should improve and/or delay clinical symptoms of Alzheimer`s disease.

– Methylene Blue Blocks and Reverses the Inhibitory Effect of Tau on PMCA Function

– Restores Mitochondrial Function

– Aminothienopyridazines and Methylene Blue Affect Tau Fibrillization via Cysteine Oxidation

–

-Improves cognition in mice

– Methylene Blue (MB), following its introduction to biology in the 19th century by Ehrlich, has found uses in various areas of medicine and biology. At present, MB is the first line of treatment in methemoglobinemias, is used frequently in the treatment of ifosfamide-induced encephalopathy, and is routinely employed as a diagnostic tool in surgical procedures. Furthermore, recent studies suggest that MB has beneficial effects in Alzheimer’s disease and memory improvement.

– Serotonin Syndrome can be
fatal

– Methylene blue is a medication used in the management and treatment of methemoglobinemia, a condition in which hemoglobin decreases its ability to carry oxygen.

– MBlue as a weak
antiseptic for urinary tract.

-Research shows M Blue may be a future treatment for oral cancer.

– Methylene blue is contraindicated in patients who have developed hypersensitivity reactions to it and in severe renal insufficiency. It is relatively contraindicated in G6PD deficient patients as it can cause severe hemolysis and also in patients with Heinz body anemia.18,43 Methylene blue is a MAO inhibitor and therefore can interact with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) and MAO inhibitors to cause serious serotonin toxicity.42,43

It also interacts with dapsone and forms hydroxylamine which oxidizes hemoglobin causing hemolysis.18

Could A Simple Urine Test Help Spot Autism Earlier?

A urine-based test that measures gut-related metabolites may help identify a distinct autism subtype, offering a potential new path for earlier screening.

What They Are and How to Cope

Mental health triggers are defined as specific stimuli, either external or internal, that provoke an intense emotional or psychological response rooted in past trauma or unresolved stress. The clinical term used in psychology is “emotional trigger,” and understanding...
